The white potato is characterized by its oval slape, almost perfect, its brown skin, thin and clean and its crunchy texture. It is the most popular variety in European cuisine for its texture and flavor which are ideal for roasting or boiling or cooking as you like.

Potato contains Vitamins C, A, B1, B2, B6, Minerals, Potassium contribute incredible, too much phosphorus and not that of magnesium and calcium.

The Red potatoes, are those with the skin of a reddish color, almost round and white meat. They are ideal for cooking, boiling and stewing, but they also look good fried.

INFORMATION


According to the chronicles of the Spanish conquest of South America, potatoes in 1554 traveled from ancient Peru to Spain. Presented as a culinary curiosity was planted in 1573 in the Hospital of Sevilla to provide food for the sick. Originally known by the name of Pope, the Spaniards began to call it potato to not offend Catholic Popes.
